  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $ 100 within the United States.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

5. Packaging

  • We review and package every order carefully to ensure the contents are secure during transit.
  • Your items will be securely wrapped to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • BieCure Organic LLC is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping once your package is with the carrier.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. However, if there is an issue with packaging or order fulfillment, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will help resolve the situation.
  • Note: We inspect all items before shipment to ensure they are in perfect condition.

7. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. BieCure Organic LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address details.
