All sales at BieCure Organic are final. We do not offer refunds on any products once the purchase has been completed. We encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure that everything is correct.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there was an error in fulfillment (such as receiving the wrong product), please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your product. We will be happy to assist with an exchange or store credit for affected items.
